- One month deposit and one month rent paid in advance
- Long term stay tenants only
- Minimum stay from 3 months
- No DSS housing benefit
- No pets
- No smoking in the internal rooms (you may smoke in the garden only)
- No viewing cost or agency charge, there will be a credit check charge of ￡35 to ensure the safety of everyone living in the house(别墅)
